Dichotomy of Control

Sometimes, we feel as if thrown to dive the narrow pool of hardships. Amidst all these, a thought to sort out the challenging stuff may cling in any corner of the heart. What is the mechanism to handle this perplexing darkness?
This article is about the controlling capacity that our mind possesses.
Certain things are immovable mountains that we never could move or change even. At this juncture, we tend to rebel inwardly whys and hows of situations. When you witnessed that the situation is out of control, it is better to mind the business which is under our control. Enumerate on agencies under and out of your control. It is highly significant to prove that, letting go the out of controllable and letting in the controllable are rudimentary elements that life conquers.
My recent reading of stoic philosophy induced in me to pen about it. Recognizing our feelings, emotions, understanding about something, our responses to criticism etc define us. When one is sufficiently wise and matured even to distinguish the controllable form the uncontrollable, the peaceful life starts then.
The above illustration produces important aspects of letting in and letting out things in life. To be simple in words, what are external cannot be controllable, since there in an involvement of another person of factor into it. What is within oneself can be controllable and the decision one takes based on the controlling situation reigns within a person alone.
Recognizing what is under control during anxiety and frustration can benefit enormous peace of mind and resourcefulness out of the situation.
Remember, what is out of your control isn't your's.
